They have a good selection of stuff. It really stinks in that area. Not their fault Im sure, but it doesnt help the already poor experience. We asked about the bathroom. Cappy was rude and unhelpful about the directions to the bathroom. We bought a bracelet which broke immediately. Cappy told us not to pull so hard on it when we loosen it. He did not, he loosened it like a normal adult would. We went back to see if we could exchange and she was really rude about that too. We ended up just doing a refund.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I was trying so be helpful by using a bag I had from shopping and was putting the items I just purchased in it. The screen said remove card approved before I started. The clerk Florenda was less than civil. She rudely told me to wait until my transaction was finished before bagging. I pointed out she had a poor attitude and she yelled at me to get out of my Store ! I refrained from what I wanted to reply.
Hope she has a better day.

The shop assistant named cappy is the rudest person we met in Hawaii. This store is also very overpriced. 1 gallon of milk for 14$, eggs for almost 10$. Avoid it if you can.
