Without hesitation, 5 stars. We've been with Pacific IT for almost 5 years now and they have been great, always dependable which can be a challenge now days. Whenever we have an issue, it's addressed in a timely manner and their techs are all easy to work with. We feel confident they're looking out for us and keeping us up to date with changing technology. They're good people, they know their stuff.

I had some major computer issues and they were all take care of.
I worked with Cooper, and was extremely happy with his work.
He is extremely fast and proficient, and has an excellent attitude.

Very busy shop, very reasonable and pleasant to work with, although not too fast, Hawaiian standard time! Definitely recommended!
