        Scott the bike tech fixed my rear brake cable after I screwed it up reassembling my bike post-flight. He went the extra mile and tidied up my bar wraps. Service was quick and painless.

        Very happy with Maui Sunriders Bike Shop. My wife and I both rented bikes and are super happy with our experience. Finding a quality e-bike shop is super difficult in Maui. I know first hand because we've used 2 other bike shops and the bikes were in poor condition; however, the bikes provided were of good quality and functioned properly. The drop off and pickup experience was super clean and smooth. I will definitely rent from them again in the future.

        Service No Ka Oi MSR Kihei staff understood my headset condition and tried to resolve by phone. When I brought the bike in they werent put off by an atypical parts design and methodically went at resolving by successive approaches and tools until succeeding, all with a positive and calm confidence that belied deep experience. They took the time to diagnose the root problem and reset the offending part - including a dab a grease to discourage recurrence - all with a default long-term attitude as if Id been dealing with them for years. Very fair service cost charged. Im sold as a client now! Hoping MSR can re-open up north again soon and bring back this great service ethic to the Lahaina area!
