Eva Villa Maui bed & breakfast

Eva Villa was a wonderful place to stay in Maui. The apartment is great -- very comfortable, with every need anticipated. Even fresh pineapple and other fruits when we arrived! Rick gave us great tips for things to do and see on the island and made us feel welcome and at home. The lodging is close to good restaurants and beaches, but in a quiet residential area. The pool area is lovely and relaxing. We would definitely stay again when in Maui.

First time staying here. Property is beautiful, lush grounds. Pool, hot tub. Rick and Dale our great hosts. Our place has everything you need to live here. They also have coolers, chairs, snorkeling stuff. Washer dryer and a grill. I will be back next year if it's open.

Rick is such a wonderful man, he truly cared and made our trip special. This is the only place my wife and I are staying when we return. The property is beautiful, safe and secure and very comfortable. You won't find better pricing either, thanks Rick.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Stole our money even though we NEVER stayed here. Save yourself the TERRIBLE experience and service. If I could give this zero starsI would! PLEASE save yourself the time and do not stay here. We were very excited to stay in the location because all seemed great based off of the reviews. We didnt even end up staying a single night due to feeling unsafe with all doors and windows unlocked and seemingly no way to secure them. The response from Rick and air bnb was a TOTAL disappointment and inappropriate. We were still charged nearly the entire amountalmost $2,000 even though we did not stay here. Ricks response to our safety concerns was unprofessional and heartless. It was Ricks call to refund us or not, and knowing that we didnt even stay, even though his policy states that he would refund 50% if we canceled when we did, he chose to not refund us even 10%. This was THE WORST experience I have ever had through air bnb. The inaccurate and immature response from the owner below proves my pointunprofessional and inappropriate. We most certainly did not double book anything. We were up until the wee hours of the morning, after feeling unsafe and leaving, trying to find other accommodations. NOONE would do that if they didnt feel unsafe.
