Sunglass Hut

The worst retail experience Ive ever encountered. First off, their doors are always locked and no one in store. You have to call multiple times and knock till someone can hear then they will open the door. Secondly, never ever order online and do store pick up even if you receive a confirmation that your order is ready. Somehow my order had a glitch and they never received it. I call main corporate while in the store and they ask if the store manager is willing to just give me the same glasses I ordered online. Store manager refused to do it because they never received my order. All while I have my email stating its at that location already paid for and with the rep from corporate on the phone . Stay away from ordering online or even coming to this store. Most times their doors are locked anyway all day everyday. Not sure why their doors are locked on Saturdays when thats a busy shopping day. So now Im stuck waiting for a refund because store could not resolve this issue in a timely matter. Sorry dont have time when Christmas is days away and I have to figure out something else.. Corporate did offer me a 30% off coupon for next time with a refund Told the rep Ill just take my refund wont need a coupon as I wont ever shop at sunglass hut.

Really liked how they helped on the selection of my glasses with the brand I wanted. They really know what they are talking about. Have had many comments.
