This business never answers the phone, no return calls to my messages and can't schedule consultation on their website. And I've been persistent. Enough that I guess it's better not to use their service with this lack of attention to customers.

My experience was excellent. I asked for assistence in filing a stipulation that woukd award me full physical custody. There was a possibility if some bumps in the road. However, Elizabeth, articulated it so well with pen to paper that the judge granted my request. I have used aloha paralegal numerous times in the past and I have always had great service. I live on the Big Island. Aloha said that isn't a problem. We had a few phone calls and discussed my situation and they prepared all documents for filing, having signed by my spouse who longer lived in the state, submitting docs to the courts and securing my divorce without me ever leaving my home! (other than going to a notary once). It only took 3 months and that was due to the courts closing for Covid. Very thorough! Very attentive to your needs. Well established with the courts on all islands in our state! Also, a fee that was so incredibly fare that I was stunned at the work load they prepared for me at the price I paid. Compassionate, well educated and responsive! I highly recommend their services.

Aloha Paralegal will forever be appreciated by our family. Liz is amazing and very gifted in her profession. I have an adult son who is developmentally disabled and autistic and we needed services for guardianship to make certain we would be able to advocate for my son. Liz is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, and most of all passionate about helping others. Her many years of experience was evident when she was able to determine immediately what our family needed, the necessary steps, and direction we should proceed. As a family with a special needs loved one we go through many crises and time and the folks we are able to entrust our most important possession too, my son, is often limited. However, to have someone like Liz who was able to provide relief by guiding us through what wouldve been an additional stressful and difficult process of guardianship was truly a blessing. We are blessed and forever grateful to Liz and Aloha Paralegal for the gift of us being able to advocate and to ensure the best interests for my son.
