Family First Solar

Updating my initial review. It's been over 11 years since Family First Solar placed 24 panels on my roof, dropping my monthly HECO bill from over $300 to between $16.00 - $30.00. Since then Family First Solar installed two split level solar AC units that work off the grid during sunny days with their own 4 panels. When I have questions or if issues arise (like periodic inverters needing to be checked) Kevin Medeiros, proprietor of this locally owned business, responds promptly and either fixes it himself or has it fixed. Absolutely top quality service. I strongly recommend contacting this business for your solar needs.

Process from beginning to end was very easy and they kept me informed at every step. Thank you guys for the quality work and answer all my family's questions. I know we had a lot due to us being unfamiliar with solar, but the explanations were all thorough.

Gotta say that these guys are the best Ive seen in the field. Responsive, professional, courteous and service is top notch! Compared to the mainland guys, this company is the epitome of a locally owned business servicing its community. Mahalo Family First Solar!
