If these guys care to hear the story they will call me. I'm not gonna draw out a long story for the public. If they wanna do nothing and leave this One star review i'm totally fine with that. If not they can go back to the invoices and find my Work order and give me a call or respond to this message. I've been meaning to write this for 3 months. I just never got around to it. I hope nobody else got burned By these guys Before they had a chance to read this. By the way, This is the second one star review I have ever written And I don't even write reviews usually unless there are five star. That is how unsatisfied I am with the way they handle the situation. I'm willing to discuss it. But they just brushed me off at the time. Which really left a bad taste in my mouth. I own more than one company on this island. One of them is a restaurant and I take exceptional care of my customers or guests as we would call them. If I make a mistake I rectify it as best as I can. These guys didn't even wanna hear it. I will discuss situation to the owner if he wants to call or the general manager.

I have been working with Pacific Pump & Power since 2009. They have a extremely knowledgeable team and have performed some of the most difficult bypasses in Hawaii.

The people they have working at Pacific Pump and Power are really knowledgeable and friendly. They set me up with the correct pump for my application and getting the pump and spare parts came to us quickly. We work with other diesel driven pumps and the pump that we got and was recommended for us works flawlessly. This pump also saves us on fuel compared to there brands.
