Starbucks

The last couple times Ive been here my coffee was weak and no taste. I think someone needs to do a check. Its always in the morning.

3/29/24: I get in your drive-thru at 4:21 AM. You don't ask for my order until 4:37 AM, 7 minutes after you're supposed to open. I try order a hot mocha and you tell me the machine is broken and won't be available for another ten minutes. Moreover, that only got and iced brewed coffee is available. Dafaq. I order an iced coffee, instead. The whole time, you have an attitude from the moment you took my order through my paying. Then, not even a thanks for my business (like normal customer-facing folks do at establishments like yours). That's lame and you're lame, especially when you're supposed to be ready to go right when you open....and especially since I've been around since 3:00 AM watching you guys coming in and doing everything but have everything ready to go by opening time, evidently.

Starbucks always puts a smile on my face and provides excellent service. Don't forget to claim your complimentary birthday drink! Green tea Macha for the win!
