Terrible atmosphere!! The cashier/only worker is a racist and made me and my husband feel uncomfortable with her LOUDLY expressed views of Mexican immigrants!!! So appalled!!! This is literally it a fake review employee mentioned to another customer she was from New Jersey and moved to the island 10 years ago!!! I have never been so appalled by the views she expressed while in the store. Truly the most disgusting racist views said out loud while 4 people were in the store

Store is great by the cashier today had poor understanding of some of the items in the store nor any interest in helping the customer out. Hesitate to recommend this store because of the customer service.

We strolled in By the Sea about 6:15, not knowing they closed in 15 minutes. There were 2 other customers in the store. Claudia told us her till was counted for the night so she could only accept credit cards. Feel free to look as long as you like, try the sandles on, take your time. We had never heard of Olukia footwear before. It is very obvious Claudia truly believes in the product she sells. It was a pleasure shopping in your store because of her outstanding personality. I most definitely would recommend this store to my friends and family.
