Murakami Roofing did my parent's roof a few years earlier, and close to the end of the warranty, Mom noticed some odd water drops on the dining roof table after a heavy rain. So many days later, she noticed it again and upon Dad's inspection, figured out the roof had a leak. I called Murakami Roofing, and as soon as the rains let up, they scheduled a crew to fix the leak. Wonderful, responsive and stood behind their warranty! Bravo!

I want to thank the workers of Murakami Roofing for such wonderful service. We were still under warranty and started to get a small leak. The office woman was super friendly and arranged to have Chris, a worker come the next day to check for the problem. Chris assessed the problem quickly and efficiently and explained what he would be doing to remedy the problem. Within an hour , the leak repaired with no charge. We live on Oahu and had a new roof installed.  We worked with Greg and his talented team of Professional Installers.  I would highly recommend this gem of a company!  We are blessed to have found this company, especially in 2023.  Thank you for everything.   Please never change.  I hope that this company is still going strong with the same values, ethics and quality products when I need another roof in maybe 15 to 20 years.    Thank you again!   Top company!
