Robin has managed my rental in Kaneohe for 8+ years. I was an absentee landlord living in CA. Always had good renters that took care of the house. In retrospect my house was a maintenance nightmare and Robin handled all the emergencies and repairs quickly and fairly. She did an excellent job picking out the wood flooring for a remodel and found good contractors to do major and minor work on the house. She went above and beyond to help my renters find temporary housing for a week when I needed to use my house for personal reasons. I had significant water damage during hurricane Darby and she coordinated everything with the insurance company to make sure the house was repaired. She is very professional, knows the market and the area and I couldn't have had a better property manager.
