If I was told over the phone that a full diagnostic wasnt going to be ran after claiming to have fixed the problem and one minute later the phone is completely inoperable after leaving the store and turning the corner, I wouldnt have been so mad if they just said that they couldnt fix it. That wouldve made me a lot more comfortable than the stoned faced dead inside looking Chris and the unhelpful Kyle. Terrible customer service, will never return. Such a scam. I knew something was off at the time I dropped my phone phone because the girl who helped me seemed so green that she failed to tell me that none of the work is actually guaranteed. Chris was at the counter helping a customer ahead of me and I couldve sworn he was stoned. He had no customer service whatsoever. At least the girl tried to seem helpful. Then after dropping the phone off I got an email asking to make an appointment to make the check in smoother. After emailing that bot that I already dropped it off, that bot emailed me again to schedule. 0/10 would recommend. It was one of the worst experiences I ever had to endure.

I was especially happy with the intake process and being seen on the same day. The repairs were also completed on the same day.

My Google Pixel broke and my phone insurance referred me to this outlet. I called the team and asked if they needed to do an appointment but walk ins are fine. In both my visits there were not a lot of customers waiting. I'm glad my insurance covered the repair because it would have been expensive to repair it out of my own pocket. They quoted $170 for my repair but I ended up paying $30 from my phone protection plan (would be helpful for you to call your provider beforehand). The service was fast and efficient so I appreciate it. The repair would take 3-4 hours but because I came after work I needed to collect them the next day. Special thanks to Chris and Thomas for their quick service.
