        Sometimes you catch someone on a bad day. I found the shop layout uncomfortable, only room for three people or so in a gated off entryway. I also thought the customer service to be condescending and borderline rude. There were a couple things I did not understand and was made to feel like an idiot for asking questions. Like I said though, maybe I just caught them on an off afternoon.

        Very knowledgeable staff. I love the aunties that own the shop. Very personable. Always greet me by name. Know what kind of juice I like vaping. Decent prices. The only vape shop I go to.

        So I called and wanted to find out what kind flavors were available "Elf Bar" nice lady sweet voice answered and was so helpful and super friendly. Save me the trouble of driving to town from mauka, Highly recommended!!!! 5 stars Mahalo nui
