Konamazing LLC

Just got back from our fourth stay with Konamazing LLC and like each time before, it was wonderful. We always stay at Konamazing LLC condo because we don 't feel as if we are in the home of a stranger. We don't have to buy things like beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel equipment, or a beach umbrella as all these important items are provided. The kitchen has everything we need to prepare any type of meal; we can scramble eggs and slice fresh fruit for breakfast or grill steaks. (And there's that all-important Keurig machine.) The bedding is wonderful - so wonderful I requested the brand name and retail store where the sheets were puchased. I have severe allergies and must be careful about bedding, but I never have any problems at Konamazing LLC. The unit is well-located, within walking distance to downtown Kona. We can walk to the entertaining Lua at Royal Kona Resort, to a superb dinner at Huggo's, or to attend Mass at St. Michael the Archangel Church. It's always a privilege when we go to the Big Island, and we keep returning to the condo at Hale Kona Kai because we love it. Mahalo to everyone at Konamazing LLC who make our vacations perfect.

Amazing waterfront location, beautiful, well-appointed condo close to everything. Owners responsive and friendly. Great value.

We just got back from a one week stay at this beautiful condo. This two bedroom-2 bath unit comes FULLY stocked with beach towels, snorkel and boogie boards, laundry supplies and more. It was impecably clean. Georgia, the local property manager, met us at the condo when we arrived and showed us around. The condo is centrally located in Kona and has the great advantage of being about 100 feet from the Da Poke Shack, where we ate no less than 5 times on our trip and is rated as the best restaurant in Hawaii! There is a convenient underground parking and it was a short walk from the condo to our car. The unit is right on the beach, in front of a tide pool area where we saw turtles. There is also a popular surf spot just to the left of the building so we could watch the surfers from the lanai each morning. It is so close to the water that the sound of the surf is loud, which we loved but which might bother some people. The unit is also right in front of the communal barbeque area. I was a little worried about noise from people gathering to barbeque but this was not a problem at all while we were there. We spent a lot of our time on the large lanai, either eating at the dining table or relaxing on the chaise lounges. I'm already missing falling asleep to the sound of the waves and I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone planning a stay in Kona.
