        I went in for a tire balance and rotation. They tell me the radiator cap was broken. It was not. I went to check the cap and a piece of the cap fell into the radiator hoses. Now I have to remove the entire thing to find the missing pieces. I didn't ask for them to do anything but rotate and balance. Useless people!!!

        The main problem of this store is the Manager Mr. Ikeda. Lack of Customer Service, lack of leadership, terrible service. He is not able to provide solutions to customers. A person with his grumpy behavior is not a leader nor a person able to fit that position.

        Got some new tires for my Dodge Ram today. Kyle and the crew were super helpful friendly and efficient. Better prices than anyone in town as well!! I highly recommend Forestone Kona

        I loved the fact that I was greeted by name as soon as I walked through the door. She was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated that the service to my car was conducted on the time that was promised. Great experience and especially kudos to the employee (I forgot her name, sorry) that provided services on the phone and in the front desk.
