        Aaron and crew provided excellent service and quality solutions. Thank you. I know who to call if there is a need, and thanks to Steves Plumbing, none of the business I needed to take care of was missed because they were prompt and showed up with the proper Equipment. I gave it a few months since their visit to write a review to make sure the solutions/repairs withstood the test of time, and I am still very pleased. Exceptional job. Thank you again.

        I hired Steves to diagnose a problem I was having with my tankless Hot water heater. When they arrived they informed me that the tank I had been using wasn't worth repairing, I had a spare tank that I was going to use for another project, I asked the technician if it was worth putting it in. He informed me it looked good but he couldn't guarantee it since it wasn't their tank which was understandable. After about 3 hours they had the tank installed and informed me that it didn't work. I assumed since they checked it out it would at least function (It had only been used for 2 years). They gave me an estimate for $3,500 for a new tank for them to install. I was charged $860 altogether and still had no hot water, the only parts they supplied were small fittings and tape. I thought this was a ridiculous price considering the circumstances and called to complain. I immediately started to get the run around, I had to call 4 times just to get somebody to call me back. When I finally got a call back it was from a very rude manager who made it clear from the beginning that he didn't want to hear anything I had to say. He told me that the tank they put on was discontinued, I mentioned that if the technician had given me that info (as she should have as a professional) I would not have had them install it. I tried to reason with him and hope for the best and after a couple minutes the manager hung up on me. Very bad company, very unprofessional, total rip-off. I thought since they were a new company to the island I would give them a chance, big mistake. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Service: Water heater installation
