Worst experience ever. I had clients that were having VIP in Kona handle their loan. The loan officer left to go to another company and the person that was supposed to handle things never called or followed up. We were 13 days from closing and I was able to get them taken care of by another lender. Now 14 days later VIP surfaces and calls the client....this is the second time I've worked with VIP and both experiences were terrible

Friendliest and Best...100 percent accurate! Alena is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable in her field, but she also knows how to factor in the personal element, which alleviates the fear of such a major endeavor!
