Juiie was an amazing realtor when we sold our condo in Waikoloa. She had her finger on the pulse of the market, providing competitive pricing for like-properties, allowing us to make our listing fair without leaving money on the table. We had some small repairs and a deep cleaning which Julie arranged and oversaw. She was a rockstar All-her hard work paid off and we sold our property wiithin a month of listing. MAHALO JULIE!!

In 2020 we had planned to move to Hawaii but with the quarantine for Covid, our plans came to a screeching halt. I was following Julie on her 365 Facebook group and felt she and her real estate partners could be trusted to show us houses on FaceTime. I convinced my husband to do it and set up a time to look at Hawaiian houses from New Jersey with Julie and Lance Owens. They were great and Julies reactions to one house as they walked through convinced us to buy it sight unseen. When I saw our house in person it was everything I expected it to be. I am so grateful to Julie for finding me my perfect forever home. Her taste and expertise are exceptional

As I sit on my beautiful Lanai, a new full time resident of Hawaii, I have so much to thank my realtor for. I was very blessed to be Julie Zemiliss first solo buyer. And she got a doozy in me I put her through the wringer, in and out of offers and contracts. I was buying sight unseen with a very limited budget, A realtors worst nightmare Julie is patient, knowledgeable, energetic and determined. I also want to note how kind and respectful she is.
