Kaloko Urgent Care

What a great experience ! Beautifully decorated and clean :) . The reception desk ladies were both very friendly and helpful . I was in with the kind nurse in a very timely matter . Then the Doctor came in was very patient , explained my concerns and had a wonderful bedside manner . I left as a very happy patient . :) I will definitely be using Kaloko Urgrent Care !:)

Theyve seemed to forgot the meaning of Urgent care. You now need to make an appointment. Or they refer you to the Emergency room that is having a hard time handling Real Emergencies. The receptionist is a rude joke!

Got us in super quick after my son split open his chin just before they closed. We were in and out. Staff was kind and professional and we were able to go about our vacation without a traumatic experience. Highly recommend.

Nobody wants to have to go to urgent care on vacation.....but if you have to go this place is great! Fast, friendly, thoughtful.

We were visiting this island and my grandmother got sick. I tried taking her to another Urgent Care closer to our resort and had a terrible experience, but once we found this one only about 15 minutes further - our day was made! The front office staff and back office staff along with the doctor, was just SO NICE! Very welcoming. They were spot on and very transparent with costs and insurance. They were busy so there was some wait time but they were very efficient, fast but thorough. We didnt feel rushed we felt very well taken care of. I would highly recommended this urgent care! Thank you to everyone who helped turned our day and trip around at this location!
