        I've known Matt for a long time. He's personable, honest and responsive. We were friends long before I ever purchased insurance through him. I wouldn't let Matt give me an insurance quote for several years after he became an insurance agent, thinking his rates would be high, and it may make our friendship awkward. I was surprised to get better insurance coverage for the same price.
