Worst service ever - This is not a location - they still work remotely (June 4, 2023) You wait an an average of over an hour to answer their phone with regard to questions like the following: Their confusing website - you have no idea to whom to send your receipts, say for a CPAP machine, that you would otherwise wait months for on outer islands to receive (life threatening) Or for receipts for charges from an anesthesiologist who won't accept HMSA who works with an HMSA provider unable to find a qualified person to accept HMSA. Even though you spend as much as 800 to fly inter island for heart surgery, for example, HMSA will only pay 140 dollars or so of that, and if the cents portion of your receipt fails to show the total of your flight they insult you by not reimbursing you ANYTHING at all (and that is after waiting 90 minutes on the phone), and expect you to file another an Appeal form, to get reimbursed. It is impossible to find say a doc on outer island to provide care because you have a life threatening condition, and even with a referral from an HMSA doc, you have to provide documents for any type of reimbursement - and follow up! Keep copies! Because they delay, and if you wait too long to follow up, they will say it is too late.
