We loved our stay here, the central Kona location within a short distance to many shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed supporting the nice local family living on the second floor! Mahalo!

Great Location. Very close to the shoreline. Walk distance to shops and beaches. Clean and Spacious. Our host was welcoming and incredibly amenable.

I got a last minute booking to Kona, Through Maiilan Hale a lovely little family business with car and lodging, found a car (an SUV, clean and perfect running condition), and ended up booking my first 2 nights at a Mailan Hale Inn. It was perfect, Jin and her family were friendly and helpful, the apartment was walking distance to downtown shopping, quiet, clean and friendly, I will stay here again. Simple, clean accommodations. Recommended

I rented a car for a week and everything worked out great. Very nice people and I highly recommend their services. They promptly returned my deposit and drove me to the airport after with their transportation service. It was very convenient!

Thank u! We rented a car from this nice family a few weeks ago and with the car rental shortage and the crazy prices because of that, I suppose We thought we would go with these guys and trust that we would legitimately get our deposit back and we did. No problems! No problem with any aspect of the whole process! We actually were kind of needy clients and son went above and beyond helping us get the car and they pretty much medical emergency unfortunately Everything worked out and it was great because we had a car the whole time! Car Looked similar to the ones in the main photos different but similar as in very clean, no problems just vacuum out the sand and return it with a full tank of gas, no problems, Mahalo (We also liked that our money went to a local~not enterprise or budget car rental)
