My mom just received the Anthuriums I ordered from you all and the flowers are SO fresh and absolutely gorgeous. Even though we live in Texas now, Hawaii is home for us and this brought some island joy to my mom on her special day. We have ordered leis and flowers from other places in the past, but no one has come close to your quality and the care that you took to pack every single bloom was impressive. I can't thank you enough for the Aloha Spirit you brought to us all....I will be a repeat customer for sure! Thank you once again!

I tried calling to make my order, after 4 days of calling, I gave up and ordered online. I carefully picked out a nice assortment of flowers to be sent for Mothers Day, and paid extra for a vase to arrive with it. The flowers arrived 2 days earlier than expected, it was all one kind instead of an assortment, and there was no vase. I tried calling again, 3 different days, and left messages, and tried the online chat. Still no response from anyone. I understand that sometimes substitutions need to be made, but I ordered an assortment of I think 4-5 kinds of flowers, and there was only 1 kind sent. On the positive side, the flowers were beautiful, and lasted a VERY long time. Customer service was TERRIBLE. And I feel ripped off. $15 for a cheap plastic vase that never arrived, and then my mom had to go buy a vase since she didnt have one. Just to be extra clear since there was a response, I started calling to order 3 weeks before Mothers Day, and tried calling for 2 weeks after to ask about a refund for the vase that was never sent. The website does say there can be substitutions, but I wasnt expecting a COMPLETELY different order. And I ordered the vase even though it looked cheap because it was the only option available. I didnt want my mom to have to run out and buy one when her flowers arrived. I didnt receive any information regarding a refund for the vase, so, that was a blatant lie. If youre going to respond, and least be truthful.
