        Expensive now, but all condos are in kona. Very few have ocean views. All lanais are too narrow to eat outside...

        Was a great place to stay. Close to the restaurants, shops, and beach. Practically could walk to everything you could need.

        These are older, but okay condos. Some units have roaches and the ones selling want too much for them. A few units have nice views, others don't. Okay for a short stay, but air out your things before taking them into your house otherwise you may import a pest you don't have at home! If buying expect to invest in pest control every month.

        Kona Mansions#301 Top Floor, Corner Unit w/Ocean views & AC - rented this place from VRBO, Hosted by Knutson property Management Division. Beware as they have hidden fees in their VRBO. Place is good, but be aware of extra charges.
