Amazing views. The most beautiful sunset Ive ever seen. Apartment is great and spacious, well equipped and close to downtown which is perfect!

I rented it through Airbnb. The layout of the rooms differs depending on the owner. The room we rented was very nicely renovated and we stayed there for 7 nights, and we had a comfortable stay without any inconvenience. I couldn't see the ocean from my room, but it was convenient to be able to park my car right in front. The room was along Alii Drive, but there were few cars passing by at night, so there was no noise at all, and it was quiet. Although it was on the first floor, the people above seemed to be spending their time quietly, so we didn't have any problems. I was able to communicate smoothly with the owner via Airbnb chat, and although I had some trouble with the lock, I was able to get into the room right away. It was a bit annoying that you needed a special key to access the pool and the beach where the lava was rolling, but you can rest assured that security is in place. There is also a barbecue space, and you can make a reservation by writing the date and time you want to use on the board, so if you want to use it, it's better to do so early. The washing machine is in a shared laundry, and you use a special key to access it. Install the app, pay the fee, and use it. I thought the number of washing machines and dryers was small compared to the number of rooms. Detergent etc. are not dispensed automatically, so please bring your own supplies.
