Angela has moved to a new location. She does a great job! Glad to hear she will still be doing my taxes. Best person for the job for sure!

Edit: UPDATE! Angelina has reached out directly (thank you!) and confirmed a change in office and contact info. It's only fair to update a negative post to show the resolution. I appreciate her quick response and explanation, and feel I reacted quickly before knowing what was causing inability to reach the office. Apologies. (Original review:Read the Yelp reviews!!).

If I could leave a negative star review I would. She has basically ghosted me. I have left several emails, phone calls and messages to receive no reply or call back. This has been going on for months. I have shown up to her office, which looks like no one has been in there. I just tried logging into my QuickBooks today to run payroll for my employees to find out she has recently denied my access. This is unacceptable and completely unprofessional.

Unfortunately, I've run into the same issue many other reviewers have mentioned. After paying for the initial service, Angela no longer responds. Her office is never open, her mailbox is full, and she doesn't reply to emails. I recommend staying away and finding someone else.
