I've gone numerous times, and even when my questions are really small inquiries; the staff are super courteous. Had an ancient window fixture that they looked at and knew it was obsolete. Suggested rehabilitation of it, not try to sell another part. Just the other day needed to find a screen door wheel, and sent a picture; staff figured where I could get it. Superb service even when not purchasing from them. Great job. Mahalo Sandric!!

These guys are great. I have worked them on a new, custom, screen door installation, and also on a simple screen repair. Both times they are quick and doo a great job. They are kind of expensive, which is why I didn't give 5 stars. But once you get over that, you will get great service and a quality job well done. I recommend them for sure.

Screen and Things doesn't even rate 1 star. I would comment poor service but I got no service. The sales rep at Mapunapuna told me he was too busy at the moment to help me and I should drive to their Beretania show room and speak with the rep at that location. After we agreed on the shower door we would like to buy, the rep said he will email the proposal (cost). It's been two weeks and I haven't heard from anyone. Like I said "NO SERVICE".

We are very happy with the work done on our sliding glass door. Wayne and Kaleo have pride in their workmanship. They replaced the rollers and the locks on our sliding glass door. Wayne checked our screen door without us even asking and made recommendations on replacing it. They were very careful and clean. Thank you to Randy who assessed what needed to be done and ordered the parts. We were very grateful they fit us in at an earlier date.

Absolutely da best!
In 2007, approximately, Screens and Things replaced a sliding screen door and two window screens with pet proof materials. I moved this year, 2022, and the screening and sliding door had survived two rambunctious cats; still in good shape.
The service and price were excellent, too.
