    Kelly & her team were amazing to work with. They made our wedding planning process go so smoothly. We were connected to A Perfect Day via Hawaii Vista Weddings, and she and her team took care of our planning & coordination. Our wedding was a micro wedding consisting of just 14 of our family members. I can imagine the stress and anxiety Id have if we didnt have Kelly & her team. Kelly is so organized and communicative, it truly shows her years of experience in the wedding industry. Thank you Kelly for making our wedding a dream come true!

    Kelly is an ABSOLUTE GEM!! I cannot describe how much she helped us through the entire wedding planning and the day of. If you are wondering if you should hire her or not, DO IT. You will have no regrets. Here are some of the details that we appreciate: 1. Kelly meet with us as many times as we asked. She's ver my responsive to text and email. She will not leave you behind. 2. She's very thourough and thoughtful. Some of the detail that I missed, she caught it. 3. The day of the wedding, her calm and nice presence really helped ease our anxiety. She's always smiling. 4. Her staff are super helpful. We had Sienna and Brianna for getting ready portion. They were so helpful coordinating with my makeup & hair artists. Sienna basically had everything I asked for, including a scissor!! Brianna also helped one of my bridesmaid with her hair which is not her job at all. 5. Right before the grand entrace, Sienna gave me coke with a straw (how thoughtful!) and made sure I kept hydrated throughout the wedding. 6. Kelly and her team set up the table for us. We have place cards, party flavors, and fun facts with baby pictures. They did such a great job Me and my friend who had her as our coordinator were saying we wanted to hire her FOR LIFE haha. She's the best and I highly recommend her service! P.S. We rent a seating chart and a box from her. They looked awesome!! Everyone talked about it!

    Dear Kelly and the entire APD staff (shout out to Jena, Taryn and Gina)! A huge MAHALO in making our dream wedding a reality! We were so fortunate and lucky to have you as our wedding coordinators! You made our whole experience so easy and stress free with your prompt replies and willingness to meet each request we asked of you. We appreciate all the guidance and the recommendations - everything turned out perfectly - we couldn't have asked for more!! As a mainland couple with deep roots in Hawaii, we knew what was expected and the monumental task of delivering up to friends and family's expectations from a far coupled with covid, you delivered! We appreciate all the hard work and planning that went into our day of and how prepared you folks were with even the tiniest of things from water bottles with straws to badging people up elevators, to quickly getting my mom's belongings during the reception to bustling and re-bustling my dress to trudging thru sand to take beach pics flipping the veil!! Halekulanis ambiance was a showstopper from the ceremony in the Hau Terrace to the reception in the Ballroom - the APD staff handled everything to perfection from working with Todd and his team on the florals and floral transformation to organizing guests and having reserved seats assigned, guests lists to check off and gifts/envelopes tagged - we were glad almost everyone fit in hau terrace and that the group photos went pretty quickly - thanks for helping call out numbers!! Not only was Halekulanis service unmatched, APD's went above and beyond and it reflected all night guests AND our wedding party commented to us numerous times how professional and friendly you guys were, exuding the aloha spirit. We honestly didn't have to think about anything except enjoying ourselves!! Thank you for staying til the end and helping with all the tear down and making sure we weren't charged "extra" We wanted to send this earlier, but we're still floating on cloud 9 as newLEEweds!!!
