        Terrible customer service and rude, they started asking me personal things about me and giving me rude looks and words. If you hate your job just quit, but being rude to customers and questioning them is something that's none of their business. Avoid this store, employees are rude, and there are much better watch stores. Report this store to corporate, cause none of them knows how to really work and help people. I'm specifically talking about the girls working there, the japanese guy was nice but the others were rude, demeaning and terrible at their jobs

        This is the only Swatch store in Oahu, maybe even the state of Hawaii. The others are just retailers that happen to sell Swatch along with other watches. The sales staff were pleasant and I ended up purchasing the Hawaii exclusive Pau Hana Time GZ339 watch here. It would have been much more expensive to buy it online from a third party and the DFS shop at the airport didn't sell it. The Moonswatch collection was still out of stock and there were no less than 2 people who visited the shop asking about it while we were still browsing.
