04/06/24 I want to shout out much mahalo to Timothy Cayton for the Aloha he shared with me and my sister throughout the whole day and for taking good care of us. He heard all of my concerns about purchasing a vehicle during the whole process, he gave us such a great service and he paid close attention to details such as for example I had just purchased a brand new battery, and starter and filled gas on my old car with out expecting to buy a new car and thanks to Tim he took care of that by being so kind, patient, and understanding Im proud to say Im happy to own my pre-owned 2017 Subaru thank you Tim

Purchased a vehicle in February. The car was dirty (crumbs, dirt), there were issues with some of the features and the tag was expired. The sales agent assured me that the vehicle would be cleaned and that it would be a seamless process to get the tag, minor vehicle updates. In March, After several weeks of contacting the sales agent and the team at Auto source my car was detailed. They tried to charge me and gave me the run around to schedule (Erica) It was very inconvenient and unprofessional to have to reach out to them and receive misleading guidance. As well as drop my car off on two separate occasions to get the detail and the features fixed The owner of the company continued to direct me to work with the sales agent, whom showed little interest in taking car of my car. I learned a valuable Lesson of choosing carefully where to purchase a vehicle. It is April and I have not received an updated tag. This could be a result of the Hawaii tag office. I have to continually reach out to my sales agent Malu for updates. The team needs to make a cohesive effort in improving their services and taking care of clients. Especially military veterans/ active duty.

Just got our new family car! Kyle at Autosource Hawaii has been such a help! From turning in my old car and getting us the best rate for it, and then getting us into our new Kia Telluride. The process was fast, and he was very helpful with our financing, we needed flexible and affordable financing especially after just recently paying for our wedding. Thank you guys for great work.

Do not go to this place! I was totally taken for a ride and had my credit trashed even more than it already was and even ended up paying for repairs not even having the car for a year!!
