Such a bad customer service on the phone. I called in today from another island to get information & as I was in the middle of explaining my car problem, representative that answered the phone hung up. When I tried calling again, she hung up right away. If there was an x on review, I would choose that instead of a star. Such a bad service. That girl that answered the phone today at 1:50 pm should not work customer service.

The managers at this dealership are excellent. Initially my experience with the sales team wasn't perfect, but when the manager became aware, he took great care of us. In the sale's teams defense, my purchase was challenging since I am an out-of-state purchaser and this is not the typical purchase. In any case, once I got connected with the right manager, the customer service has been great and I have absolutely no complaints. For a local buyer, I believe this would be a very good dealership to work with.

A friend took their Mazda here for an oil change and a checkup. Service department told her theyd contact her if anything else needed done. She called them hours later when she hadnt heard from them, and instead of contacting her, theyd decided to fix a bunch of extra stuff without asking and charge over $500. Shame on this dealership.
