This is a pretty small office that you might miss if you are driving along Kapiolani Boulevard, but -- in an era in which travel agents are few and far between -- Tracy Liang's Emerson Travel is a jewel. Tracy is smart, responsive, and resourceful. She gets the best prices for itineraries that don't have you stranded for 20 hours, sitting on the floor of an airport. And she knows the Asian routes like the back of her hand. I have also worked with Tracy to book travel elsewhere, from the mainland to Europe. She is terrific!

I wanted to try a new travel agency so I went with Emerson Travel, the older lady with short hair helped me. I usually do not write reviews but basically they messed up my whole trip and didn't even say sorry. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

I called Emerson Travel to book group travel for work. They were amazing at finding an ideal itinerary for multiple travelers leaving on different days but returning on the same day. They made sure each traveller applied their mileage numbers for points and also booked our hotel and rental car so that everything was easy to reference. A seamless experience and all within our travel budget. They have amazing, prompt customer service and I will definitely be going back to them for future travel reservations.
