Jake was our guide on the north shore premium tour, his sense of humour made the day fun, love his unique way of getting us all back to the bus, a conch shell!! We got in all the stops and even got a bonus fishing trip thrown in, thanks Jake i'll never pay for fish food when there is doritos around again!! If your new to the island we did this day one after getting in and it truly is best way to start your Hawaiian experience. As you get to see the entire island. Lunch at the shrimp place... omg hooked for life, lol so good. Was our first taste of Hawaiian food culture and no regrets there! Mahalo to Jake and to our driver Rob!!!

Poor service. booked a to/from ride to the Honolulu flea market for 10:45 am pickup, picked up at 11:30 due to driver was at church. Another couple the was suppose to be picked up at 9:45, they finally gave up and left!! The phone numbers were to a rude arrogant person who said sorry no driver available, in church. It will be another 45 minutes and hung the f up!! Sorry service! Never again!!

Unko D was the best! Definitely a 10 out of 10. I really enjoyed how he took pride in sharing his information. Was definitely informative and an eye opener. Kept the entire bus engaged throughout the entire trip. Offered to stop by his house for my wife who was cold (we declined) he was very personable and took his time to talk to everyone individually making all feel included and not like a generic tour. From what Ive heard a few other tour guides should take a crash course with him because we literally had people join our tour because their guides werent very good. I would definitely book this trip again if I knew I was going to be with Unko D! Thank you for the memorable tour!

Pickup location was not clear however we eventually made it just to see the bus slow down and pull off at 7:27. Our pick up time was 7:30. Very disappointing to say the least!!!
