Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The speech therapists are very patient and educate parents and the child about each exercise and the purpose. Since we live on the Big Island, we meet with the speech therapists via telemedicine. I highly recommend Speech Solutions. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Speech Solutions offer multiple specialities for all ages and different medical/health populations and diagnoses. Trini and Rachel are very knowledgeable and experience Speech Pathologists. Tara has great patient experience and provides quick responses.

My son was a patient at speech solution. He had a sever tongue tie which was only partially released in infancy thus impacting his speech development. Speech solutions  the time to work with him we tried everything and although he made significant progress he couldn't reach his maximum range of motion in his tongue to produce clear speech and ultimately meet his goals. speech solutions was supportive through the whole process of having his tongue release  (a dentist completed this)  with pre op training and stretching to post op care. his tongue did not reattach and with a little more therapy he was able to reach his goals and graduate from speech therapy. Thank you Speech Solutions for all you have done for us!

Speech solutions has such a friendly, knowledgeable team! Trini is currently the only certified myofunctional therapist in Hawaii and she really knows her stuff. I love that she has made the lesson plans easy enough to do at home and come back to see results.
