Friendly, helpful, answers their phone which is rare these days for small businesses. Excellent quality in production and customer service.Honest about wait time for work to be completed. Appreciated the communication.  Support local small business. Highly recommend!

Just called and spoke with Sean or Shawn....anyway, had questions and willing to drive from Wahiawa to show a few samples of custom embroidered patches. Braddah says," can you come Monday? Today is kinda slow?". No wonder why the internet is getting more business then local companies. I tried! I always support local but no one goes out of the way to support. I originally drove from wahiawa to kapahulu first, but that shop unfortunately could not support what was needed.

Love finding quality businesses through yelp! Needed some shirts and sweaters done for a work project and Shaun was able to walk us through every step of the process. Not only was their response time quick, but the attention to detail and quality customer service that the entire company provides is above and beyond what I expected. They are transparent about pricing, any changes that need to be made or adjusted are clearly communicated and a very experienced graphics designer makes your ideas come to life. From detailed invoices, finalizing designs, placement, color options and answering my questions in terms that I could actually understand, every step of the way I felt more and more confident in my decision to go with Squeeze Play. Now let's get to the good part. The shirts, sweaters and athletic attire we added onto the order came out AMAZING!!! Cedric was able to color match the specific shade I wanted perfectly and all of the detail and fine lines in the design came out crisp, clean and have such quality that now I'm trying to find more projects just to go back & have stuff printed with them.
