Zippy s... Always friendly. If you want a quick sit down meal this is the spot. Make sure you check or ask for seating options.

Went to this location because nearest to Waikiki after taking grandnephew to the Waikiki Aquarium, asked what he wanted for lunch he said he haven't had his no bean chili with rice a long time, of course we had no problem since they serve other stuff, however that didn't work out since after ordering found out they didn't have what my mom wanted, I was willing to eat whatever. So based on your counter service and elderly gentleman was apologetic, informative in regard to the food item we couldn't get, like some items are only served in dine in Zippy's, other items were on specific days, like roast pork on Sunday, sweet & sour spareribs on Tuesday however the website did not indicate it as such, so got our credit card charge back and told them we would go to a Dine In Zippy's, which was Waipio. So if not for the incredible counter service we probably wouldn't go back, but with the knowledge we gained, if in that area again will go and order what they do offfer...
