This is going to sound like a paid review, but I promise you it is not. Just a very happy client! From the very beginning, Jack OConnor was incredibly straight forward and was able to narrow down the requirements I had for a property. He was able to get properties that only fit those parameters. When I finally found a building I fell in love with, I was outbid for that condo. So what did Jack do? He got me the one next door! I had heard that Jack opened doors for clients, but I could not believe it when I received information about this condo that was not for sale at the time. The communication throughout the entirety of the process was very thorough, I received frequent updates from Jack via voice message regarding next steps and due dates during escrow. I was a first time home buyer, and I never felt pressured to view properties based off of price. when I asked to see properties below budget the appointments were set up and given as much time and interest as a property above budget. Speaking of budget, my max was respected throughout the entirety of the process, and when a property came up that was a touch out of reach, Jack got creative and was able to manage the price I was comfortable with. If you want a real estate agent that not only is genuine and respectful, but also very resourceful when it comes to finding you the perfect property, I cannot recommend Jack OConnor enough.

I met Jack O'Connor at an open house by chance and found him to be friendly and positive. He was not our agent but I posed a question to him which he researched and responded a few days later about finding an unpublicized single family home for us that fits our needs and budget. Jack ended up being our new agent as he was diligent and responcive to our questions and concerns about buying a home in Kaneohe. I appreciate Jack and his team so much my wife and I gave him the business of selling our Waikiki condo and due to his professionalism and resourcefulness, he was able in a very short time to enter back to back escrows in purchasing and selling the properties. We are so glad we met Jack by chance and saved us time and money in our search process. We sleep better now and highly recommend Jack O'Connor and his team to our families and friends especially from the mainland when you want to live in Hawaii! Mahalo Jack.

Jack helped our family of five buy a single family house in Kaneohe and we couldn't have asked for a better realtor! From the beginning, Jack was generous with his time and went the extra mile to educate us about the entire process, show us what to expect, share his approach to negotiating on our behalf, and collect as many details as possible about the kind of home we were looking for. Jack was persistent in visiting prospective homes and sending us thorough videos of his walkthroughs, and in holding follow-up sessions with us to discuss what we liked and what he saw as the pros and cons of each option. We began the process from the East Coast before arriving on island, and Jack worked extremely well with us from distance, and helped us weather the flux of interest rate changes over the summer. It's embarrassing, but my mom even found his info and called him to personally thank him for taking such good care of us! He never gave up trying to find the right deal to make the numbers work for the house we wanted, and in the end he did just that. Jack has continued to follow up with us after the sale to see how we are doing and offer us points of contact for house-related issues. I can't recommend Jack highly enough, and can't imagine you finding a better realtor on the entire island! If you're considering purchasing a home on Oahu, don't hesitate to contact Jack ASAP!
