I needed to record a new deed because I got married and both my partner and I have some medical problems, meaning if one of us passed away, with the current title, our property would have to have been probated. Probate is a nightmare. I could not find an attorney would draft, get notarized and record the deed. HawaiiDeed was able do accommodate all of the above very quickly. My spouse and I can now relax knowing that we have protected our home and each other from having our property saved to go thru probate, which takes... FOREVER AND COSTS A LOT. Great experience with HawaiiDeed. Be sure to proof read all recorded documents. No room for error...

HawaiiDeed has now helped us with 2 sets of title/deed transfers. Despite time zone differences we have had timely replies to our questions. Savannah has been very helpful in guiding us through what was needed. Would definitely use HawaiiDeed again for deed or title issues.

The service this company provides is great. Were so happy to have them in Hawaii for quit claim deeds, which weve transacted with them on twice now. If they get a bit too busy, only one phone call is all thats needed to get them back on track, and our contact was always so kind and helpful and got all our questions answered. Very happy with them and will definitely use them again when / if needed.
