Sheldon Lau is always professional and goes the extra mile. I had lock box issues and he stayed in the area and then went back and made it work. His willingness to stay in the area and go back to try again made it possible for the appraisal to done in time. Thanks Sheldon.

Sheldon did a great job. He was quick to respond to my request. I had a pretty complicated and other-side-of-the-island project for him, and he was able to map it out, do the comparisons and whatever other magic was needed, to complete the appraisal. I'm very grateful and would recommend him to anyone in need of an appraisal.
