My friend was looking for luxury condo to rent in Ward and I turned to Anna for help as I know she had years of experience in real estate. I would highly recommend Anna to those who are looking for house rental in Hawaii. Anna has been extremely helpful on finding us homes to stay in Oahu Hawaii during this covid pandemic, and we really appreciate her kind help and great work! Although our initial inquired house has been rented by others, Anna suggested other available housing options, which indeed meet our expectations better (e.g., the ocean view, high floor, closer to Waikiki, etc.). Anna is also very responsive, and responded to our questions / requests timely, and I really think she tries to stand in our shoes and work towards a solution that suits our interest the best.

In shock over how rude both Anna and her assistant are. Anna treated me like a nuisance for inquiring about a property. Does she not know I'm trying to give HER my business?! She literally said "okay I'm going to hang up now" when I was MID SENTENCE. I just don't understand how someone in sales could act the way she did. Happily taking my business elsewhere.
