So many incompetent people working there. Whoever answers their phone is not being helpful. She doesnt listen to the caller so she cannot understand whats going on instead she keeps asking the same questions so either not comprehending or not listening! The same with others! So until now the issue wasnt resolved! I think their website is compromised and so is their mailing system bec they claimed they received nothing yet!

Tried giving this company the benefit of the doubt after a few bad instances (where they randomly shut water off to buildings without warning residents some who have babies and some kupuna people who cant adjust as easy). It wasnt until some manager with a bad attitude showed up to our complex talking to my kids without an adult present, accusing them of damaging property. When I went to talk to him, this guy tells me he has pictures of my kids on his phone of them damaging property. Thats already creepy and disgusting that this random guy has pictures of my kids on his phone, but he refused to show me this so called proof. He tried telling me he was bound by privacy laws and didnt want me to know who sent the pictures. He just wanted me to blame and talk to my kids about this damage. When I stood my ground asking for proof and wouldnt just let him talk rubbish about my kids, he started getting defensive, walking away and saying if youre going to get into it, I need to walk away. This guy talking like he wasnt the one who came up to my home talking to my young kids without an adult present before coming at me trying to accuse them of property damage (spoiler: it wasnt even my kids). Before the conversation was done, he was asking me where other kids lived so he could get to the bottom of it. I wasnt going to give this random guy the addresses of any kids so I told him no. About 15 minutes after he walked away with his junk attitude, he came back to my home to tell me he learned it wasnt actually my kids. Then, he blurts out the names and addresses of the kids he thinks it was. What happened to this guy protecting privacy? He gets pictures of our neighborhood kids on his phone and then goes around telling other people kids names and addresses? Super backwards (and gross).

Horrible company. Failed to process payments, sent me no statements. I spoke with our treasurer, and he reached out to them. Payments were processed but Hawaiiana decided to refer the account to their attorney. Even though the AOAO told them that account was up to date, they went ahead and put a lien on the property and charged me $2000 in legal fees. Still not sending statements so I do not know what to pay. When I complained, Kathy Seidman Wong stated that she won't talk to me and told the Board that they "don't have permission" to speak with me either. Kafkaesque nightmare.
