Loved working with this company from the beginning. We reached out to see a property and they immediately responded that we can do a self tour as an option. We agreed on a date and time and they provided us with the necessary access after we provided them with the required identification, etc. Once we submitted our application, they went right to work. They are thorough especially in our background checks. They really did call all our references, landlords and emergency contacts. They proactively provided updates or our assistance with reaching people. On move in day, they gave us a checklist to complete for any defects or issues so they can get it repaired ASAP! We're just starting this relationship with them and so far so good.

When I was looking for a rental property to move into on short notice, I came across Starts through a friend's introduction. Since I was in a hurry, HH, the representative, showed me some properties right away that evening, and since I was in a hurry to move in, I did my best to move into a new property within 1-2 days. Thank you for all your help. Mr. NM, who was in charge of my apartment, even after I moved in, fixed the closet pole right away when it broke. They responded quickly to all of my requests and I was satisfied with the service, so the lease was initially only for 6 months, but thanks to them I've been with them for a year and a half. Even after I moved out, I received a full refund of my security deposit, except for utilities. It's a great company that you can rely on, and all the staff are friendly and the service is satisfying. I would like to ask you to rent it again. It's a company you can trust.
