        We are STILL for a reverse mortgage to be approved and it has been almost TWO months for Leilani the property manager to respond to an inquiry that the lender is asking for. My mother 89 year old mother doesnt deserve this kind of treatment especially after her HOA fees went up by $400. Can SOMEONE else help us? Does Associa even care?
