I have called approximately 10 times during their stated business hours over the last week and they have not answered. I have also left voicemails without a return call. I sent them an email based off the instructions left on their message when you call them and never got a return email.

I'm disappointed to write a negative review after selecting AAA Legal Process for assistance serving a Hawaii resident for a legal matter in TN. I corresponded with Melissa Toyooka for about 2 weeks and she confirmed receipt of the mailed summons on 11/24/23. I responded within minutes of receiving her email with information she needed from me. I have not received a response back from a AAA Legal Process representative or Melissa since then despite multiple follow up emails and calls. This has been a terrible customer service experience from a company trusted with important legal paperwork and timelines. Please consider utilizing a different company in Hawaii for process server needs.

My records company, Ali'i Court Reporting, has been using AAALP for several years and they are always professional and prompt in their service! They are the best process servers in town!! Highly recommended!!

This company also goes by Hawaii Legal Services and they treated me horribly for having questions and not having all the answers they needed. Attached is an email of them calling me names, they also started harassing me after a wrote a bad review. Im sorry but businesses should not be treating people like this. Eric was rude and continued to harass me by calling and emailing me multiple times after I decided to take my service elsewhere. So scary!!
