Worst customer service. After our last 2 mail carriers retired we have the worst service. If our regular carrier isn't off then the mail is delivered properly. We used to get our mail by lunch for years and then our carrier retired now we get our mail between 1 and 5 pm daily sometimes later. We also always seem to get someone else's mail or our mail is delivered to the wrong address never fails. I use the informed mail app that sends you an email every morning with a picture of all your mail for the day and when you don't get that piece of mail you are told it was scanned in but not necessarily will be delivered today. The supervisors don't seem to know anything about operations or anything. I don't know why they want feedback when they don't seem to take anything into consideration. We have NEVER EVER HAD SO MUCH PROBLEMS WITH RECEIVING OUR MAIL IN THE PAST AND IN A TIMELY MANNER. Our mail gets delivered so late we are not able to go down and correct the problem since they are closed and have to wait until the next day. I asked for a phone number so I can speak to a live person and the lady at the counter looked at me like I was an idiot, like we don't have real people to speak to. I had to insist for a phone number and she gave me the number to the Hawaii Kai Post office and I told her I didn't want to speak to anyone over there, I want to speak to someone else because the supervisors don't follow through like they say and give you a call back and just don't seem to care. This last time I went down the lady went to the back to I guess let the supervisor know and you could hear them laughing. She cane back to the front and gave me some bs excuse and I said yeah whatever cuz I could hear them laughing. She turned around and went back to the back and I guess she thought I left but I didn't I was waiting to get contact information to call someone at USPS to complain and when she came back up she looked shocked because they were again laughing and I took it like they didn't even try to track the package or anything. Mind you she had a line and no one else was up front helping the other customers. Everything is file a lost package claim and I asked for help because online it says they will help you and he refused to help me. You would also think that with all the complaints the supervisors would talk to their workers but its a job just show up and collect the paycheck who cares that mail is always misdelivered. There needs to be some type of consequences for the mail carriers especially if the same ones are getting complaints for the same thing.

The most inefficient and ignorant management! Most unacceptable slow service! It seems that they're intentionally testing a decent customer's patience and tolerance in regards to time and efficiency!

This location is large enough to accommodate your daily mail needs. Different types of boxes and envelopes are available but there are no spaces where you can prepare your items if you haven't already done so. Those spaces have been taken away possibly due to COVID. Over-the-counter mailing services can be challenging at times if the staff is busy. There are at least 6 counters in front but usually only 2 postal workers servicing customers.

This location is terrible...terrible service, terrible kiosk, terrible communication skills...just terrible. Convenient, but lacking in so many ways in serving the community. The kiosk doesn't work properly most of the time, and when I asked for help, no one comes over to assist. I had one refused package to be returned to sender, got the okay from the oldest Asian woman that's been there for years, then I get notice and another notice to pick up the package at the post office! I refused to stand in a long line to refuse the package a second time...and because of her idiocy (pardon me), I didn't get my $120 refund for almost 2 months! Initially she asked me, are you sure you don't want to open the package and send it back? I assured her affirmative...and still she fails to do so, and has me notified to pick up my 'refused' package twice, stating, 'if you do not pick up your package by this date, it will be sent back to sender'...YES. PLEASE DO...the first time! Even their carriers can't get my packages delivered correctly...it's either out in the open for passersby to help themselves, or outside next to the AC drain, or out in the elements, where it's been rained on a few times! I've voiced my concerns numerous of times online, assured that it will be taken cared of, but lo and behold, it's outside once again! The only carrier to have the decency and respect for our packages was our longtime carrier, Donna, whom I believe is semi retired, or working part time?? Anyway, a number of her replacements don't care and are lazy to leave it at the front door, which is a mere 15 feet from where it's placed...
