From start to finish the technicians at Waialae Plumbing were timely and professional. Within hours of speaking with their efficient and friendly receptionist, Nate came for an assessment, ordered the parts needed to fix my gas leak. . Next morning Warren and Cael came, fixed base attachments and 18ft lengths of pipes. I really appreciate the fixed price they gave me upfront- no surprises for more hours and extra set of hands! I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!!

Nate installed a new toilet for me. I had experienced some flooding due to issues in the unit above mine and called on Waialae to assess the damage. Nate immediately set my mind at ease with his quiet confidence and knowledge. He was very reliable, showing up on time and working quickly & efficiently. He explained everything he was doing to my satisfaction and I recommend him and his company highly. I will not hesitate to use them again for my plumbing needs.

First time using Waialae plumbing and I am Extremely impressed. Everyone I talked to from the initial phone call I made, to the scheduler, to the lead plumber and assistants were super friendly and professional. Turned out to be a much bigger job than I thought, but they gave me options and were able to call in more assistants and equipment within the hour to get everything working as fast as possible. They will definitely be the first ones I call next time I need a plumber.

Waialae Plumbing is the best. Warren has been our plumber and he is outstanding to work with. He is extremely professional and really cares about the customer and the service he provides. Its refreshing to meet someone with such a high degree of work ethics and is truly an asset to Waialae Plumbing and Construction.
