When I went on a search for the right surgeon to remove my sizeable pannus (abdominal apron) the choice was quite clear. I consulted with Dr. Chu and his staff and immediately felt comfortable and cared for. My privacy and modesty were respected. Dr. Chu presented my options in a clear, understandable manner. We elected to do an abdominoplasty to remove a very large section of abdominal skin and tissue. My recovery time has been a challenge for me as a very active person, but essential for a flawless healing process. It is clear from my results that Dr. Chus skill, expertise, and experience were essential for my success and satisfaction. My surgical procedure and follow-ups have all been great experiences. Each phase of my process has been documented and I invite you to ask to see my before and after photos. The results are dramatic. Today, I live free of the excess skin and burden that I have carried for many years. I wear smaller, more form-fitting clothes with confidence. I no longer have the excess to carry on the front of my body so my back is much happier, too. I highly recommend Dr. Chu and his staff.

Dr. Chu has great bedside etiquette, truly cares about his patients and is very knowledgeable/skilled in his profession. From the first consultation he ensured I was well informed of the reprocess of a breast augmentation and understand what comes along with it. It's important to be able to trust a surgeon when you're going under for any surgery and Dr. Chu made me feel safe the entire time. From the first consultation to my (now) post-op appointments, he answers all my questions, tailors guidance/advice to situations I may inquire about and he always errs on the side of safety. He is conservative and advises his patients to avoid certain types of foods/things to consume before surgery that aid with recovery. Dr. Chu's assistant is also very helpful and supportive. She made me feel comfortable and understood. Dr. Chu is ethical, practices medicine/surgery safely and I had an overall really great experience. I recommend him to everyone!

I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Chu in 2009 and have been very happy with the results for the past 14 years. I recently lost weight and noticed some rippling of my implants so I came back in August 2023 for a revision. My silicone implants were replaced with slightly larger, higher profile implants which has resolved the rippling issue. I am 6 weeks post-op and very happy with my results! Thank you Dr. Chu and staff!
