        I ordered a Turkey Bacon Club sandwich, please note bacon is in the title and I did not get bacon on the sandwich. The order was a to go order so I didnt realize the issue until I was already home and eating. This order was placed the day before I flew off the island to move back to the mainland. The offer below for more bacon is nice but the only way you will make this up to me is refunding the price of the sandwich.

        We love the food here but the delivery service is just terrible. It took over an hour and half for the driver to even pick it up. Went over the expected time and everything was cold. If we knew, I would have just picked it up my self.

        Great local pizza place with fresh food and friendly service. Parking: They validate your parking receipt but it is confusing upon arrival because you have to take a ticket to pass into a gated lot.

      Really sorry about that Mark. Next time your ordering, let the cashier at the front know that we forgot to put bacon in the turkey bacon club sandwich the last time your ordered. Ask her if you can have extra bacon on the house to make up for your previous order. If I'm present at the shop, I'll make sure to take care of you brother. Sorry again and appeciate your continued support.

      Hala, just wanted to let you know that I'm sorry. We prefer to service customers via pick-up, call-in, walk-in, and online pick-up. BKP only started offering this service because we have alot of longtime loyal customers who no longer drive and don't have transportation. BKP doesn't receive any revenue from any 3rd party delivery service. The food is usually ready within 20-30mins and then we press the tab on our tablet to let them know that the food is ready approx 5 mins before it comes out of the oven. Unfortunately, We don't have any control when 3rd party delivery drivers get here. As you already know food always tastes best right out of the oven. Hopefully it's not too long until we see you again and thank you for your continued support over the years.
