Alison was great in figuring out where my pain was and what I needed to do to take care of myself...with home exercises and no medication! The atmosphere here is stress-free and the office staff is very friendly! I highly recommend Hands-on PT!

I am a senior citizen and have been a martial artist for over 60 yrs. I've needed phys therapy from time to time due to injuries. So, I have had many phys therapists.      Recently I was treated at Hands On. My therapist, Tim Waters, is a genuine genius. He is simply and without question the most awesome therapist I have ever had. I'm just so lucky I saw him. His techniques for dealing with phys issues are beyond compare. How he manages to be so precise and perfect is beyond my understanding, and I am a certified Physical Trainer and 2 times black belt.      If you are in Honolulu and need PT, run dont walk to Tim Waters. You will be in the hands of Brilliance and Genius that will astound you and, best of all, you will get better. Guaranteed.  Tim is also a phenomenal human being.

This is the right place to find precious professionals. I was referred to Hands on Physical Therapy after a car accident that injured my lower back, mid back and neck. I recommend both Lena and Christine Keller. I had the pleasure to receive treatments from Lena right after my accident and she was amazing helping me and working with my car insurance. Unfortunately I had to interrupt the treatment to go to Brasil and had to restart physical therapy again later on. Every time I saw Lena I felt so much better! My pain level decreased tremendously with the use of her ultrasound machine to reduce the inflammation. Her sequence of exercises were all great and very effective. Lena is very kind, caring, skilled and professional. This last time I had to interrupt my sessions because she went to Sweden to visit family and continued with Christine Keller. Christine Keller is another precious physical therapist. She has a very wide and profound understanding of the mechanics of the body and uses many techniques to access, release and adjust. She was very helpful to make me more aware of the way I was breathing and using my lungs, diafragma, pelvis muscles. She  is helping me a lot releasing the stress my body experienced along the years with this injury and has been working on my psoas, strengthening my pelvic floor and deep muscles, holding my overstretched ligaments and releasing my muscular spasms. I feel new every time I walk out of this place!
